NterNetainment Guide to PodCasting - Vol 1

Podcasting is redefining the radio industry throughout the world.

What is PodCasting?
Fundamentally is a way to publish audio files to the Internet.
Podcasting enables independent producers to create self-published, syndicated "radio shows," and gives broadcast radio programs a new distribution channel. Listeners may subscribe to RSS feeds using "podcatching" software (a type of aggregator such as Ipodder, AntSnotTV, etc..), which periodically checks for and downloads new content.

What can one do with PodCasting?
1. Self-Guided Walking Tours - Informational content.

3. Talk Shows - Industry or organizational news, investor news, sportscasts, news coverage and commentaries.

Fortunately there a number of Free and commercial tools; which will assist in displaying your PodCasting files.

RSS to Java Script - Free rss/rdf to javascript conversion. No XML or programming experience is required.

RSS2HTML - free service displays Podcasts or RSS feeds as an HTML page

RSSinclude - Use the RSSinclude form, enter the URL address of the RSS feed you would like to integrate and copy a piece of HTML into your website. Thats all. Nothing more is needed to display any RSS feed on your website. RSSinclude service will do all the work.

FeedRoll Pro - (commercial tool) display content using PHP or javascript.
